We earn the relationship every month, not just at signing. The promise applies to weekly maintenance clients.
No — we're upfront about this. Turf is a living organism and we can't guarantee biological outcomes. Different lawns respond differently to the same program based on soil, roots, grass variety, weather, and history. What we offer is a track record (one of only 3-4 specialists from Palm City to Fort Lauderdale doing this work properly) and the commitment to adjust the program based on how your specific lawn responds.
On-site walk-through first. No quotes without seeing the property. After the walk-through, we present 2-3 options ranging from fully scaled-up (best outcome for the property) to slightly reduced scope to bare-bones-but-still-done-well. You choose. The plan reflects what you want handled, and the price reflects that scope.
Because every property is different. Lot size, leaf debris volume, shrub conditions, irrigation status, lawn condition, and your priorities all change the number. Quoting blind without seeing the property leads to surprise charges or low-quality work that doesn't match expectations. The walk-through is how we get an honest quote you can trust.
No — and this is important. When you select a service tier with a defined scope, we stick to that scope. We don't quietly fill in extra work for free, because that erodes the pricing model and turns into unspoken expectations. If you want additional services, we'll quote them honestly and add them to your service agreement.
No. The price doesn't change because of your zip code. We don't price-gouge based on neighborhood prestige, the size of your boat, or the value of your home. We charge for the scope of work and the time it takes — same standard, same pricing model, whether you're in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club or a traditional Boca Raton neighborhood.
We're honest — we don't take on every prospective client. Our limited client roster is intentional, and we look for fit on both sides.
