Twelve specific things you can hold us to.

1. The same crew, every visit.

Not a rotating cast. The same eyes who already know where the irrigation valve sticks, which palm drops fronds first, and what your wife noticed last week. If your crew lead changes, we tell you why and we introduce the new lead in person.

2. Owner-operator on the phone.

Call or text Jorden directly at (561) 886-7982. No phone tree, no dispatcher, no “I'll have someone call you back.” The owner answers. That's the whole point.

3. Photo updates on major catches or completed work.

When something significant comes up on the property — or gets fixed — you get photos and a quick note. Even when you're 1,500 miles away in Maine for the summer.

4. Written care plan for every install.

Every sod install, landscape redesign, or irrigation rebuild comes with a written 30-day plan. What to water and when. When to first mow. When to first fertilize. What to look for. When to call.

5. On-site visits at days 7, 14, and 30 after major work.

We come back personally during the critical establishment window. If anything looks off, we adjust before it becomes a problem.

6. Same-day response on emergencies.

Sprinkler valve stuck on, palm down across the driveway, sewer line backing up into the bed, pre-storm coverage. Same-day response window during business hours. If we can't make it same-day, we tell you immediately and arrange the next available slot.

7. Vendor coordination handled, not delegated.

When a specialty job needs an outside vendor — tree surgery, pool service, fence work — we schedule, oversee, and meet them on-site. You don't manage the vendor. You don't even need to know their name. Unless you want to.

8. Reimbursement at cost plus ten percent professional service fee on vendor work.

Any vendor services or materials we front on your behalf are reimbursed at cost plus a ten percent professional service fee. If you'd prefer the vendor bill you direct, we'll still coordinate — no fee applies. No surprise markups. No hidden margin.

9. Licensed and insured. Documentation on request.

For you, your insurance carrier, your HOA, or your property manager. Available any time you ask.

10. Long memory across seasons.

We document, photograph, and video different areas of the property through different seasons. That's how we know which zones had issues last year, which irrigation lines need extra attention, which vendors were seamless to work with — and which ones weren't.

11. Hurricane season protocol starting May 1.

By June 1, every palm on your property has been trimmed, every coconut cleared, every loose item identified. Pre-storm tie-down available. Post-storm walk-through and cleanup within 24 hours of safe entry.

12. Five-star service or we make it right.

If something falls short, you tell us. We come back and fix it. No paperwork, no escalation, no “that's not in our scope.” The standard is ‘treat every property like it's your own’ — and we hold ourselves to it.
